CAS CASTLE
Take a tour through the centuries! From the time of the Gauls to the Templars, several centuries of history will be recounted at Château de Cas, a member of the Club des Sites du Tarn-et-Garonne. Founded in the 9th century and the seat of a Templar commandery in the 13th century, Château de Cas suffered severe damage during the French Revolution and later during the Second World War. It owes its rebirth to its owners, the de Lastic Saint Jal family, who raised it from the ruins. Surrounded by formal gardens, Château de Cas takes visitors on a journey through history.
A great walk to plan if you're staying with us!
