Rental terms and conditions
Arrival and departure: Arrivals are from 16H00 and departures until 10H00, bed linen and cleaning to be provided (except if option).
Short stay rental: from 2 nights minimum and 3 nights minimum, week-end of May 1st and 8th, Ascension and Pentecost.
Hotel night rental (low season only): from 1 night, including bed linen, towels and cleaning. Based on 2 people. Arrival from 4pm, departure 11am.
Reservation
Deposit of 25% of stay.
Booking fee: 8 euros /OFFERTS if booking online on our website.
Method of payment of deposit : Bank cheque, vacation voucher, connect vacation voucher, bank transfer.
Final payment of the stay
30 days before the day of arrival. A reminder email will be sent to you and the payment will make your reservation effective.
Tourist tax
0.65/night/person over 18.
Bonds
Two deposits will be required on the day of your arrival: bank imprint only.
- A deposit for the accommodation of 200 euros
- A cleaning deposit of 45€ / 60€ / 95€ depending on the rental
Cancellation insurance
You can take out the insurance offered by the campsite via the "MEETCH" insurance, see bottom of home page.
Options
- Sheet rental: €12/bed (Canada Treck: sheets and towels included.)
- Cleaning package : 60€ for the MH, chalets, cabins, VIP lodge and safari. 45€ for the victoria, kotas, coco sweet and caravan. 95€ for the gite all comfort 6/11 persons.
- Cot or high chair: 2€/day (upon reservation)
- Pets: €3.50/day. Tattooed and vaccinated animals accepted in certain rentals, 1 animal per rental; please consult us.
