Het centrum heeft een bijzondere charme dankzij:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De kerk Sainte-Corneille met een indrukwekkend schip van 35\u202fm lang.<\/li>\n<li>De kapel Saint-Roch, gebouwd in 1703 nadat het dorp de pest ontkwam en nu onderdeel van het VVV-kantoor is.<\/li>\n<li>De poort van Irrissou uit de middeleeuwen, naast de gevangenistoren. De herinnering aan de Katharen op slechts enkele minuten van onze camping.<\/p>\n<p>In dit dorp kunt u het <strong>kasteel van Penne<\/strong> bezoeken. Het werd rond 560 gebouwd en is een overblijfsel van het Katharenverzet. Het is sinds 1902 erkend als historisch monument.<\/p>\n<p>Onder het kasteel vindt u een klein kruis: het Pestkruis. Het werd opgericht ter nagedachtenis aan de pestepidemie van 1653.<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>Sainte-Catherinekerk<\/strong> maakt deel uit van de historische wandeling.
