Ambialet is een dorp op 50 minuten van Cahuzac-sur-V\u00e8re en op 30 minuten van Albi. Het staat bekend om zijn bijzondere ligging: een dorp gebouwd op een schiereiland uitgesleten door de meanders van de Tarn<\/strong>. Dit zorgt voor een prachtig panorama. Het dorp is verdeeld in twee delen: Laag-Ambialet en Hoog-Ambialet. Deze unieke ligging maakt het tot een bezienswaardigheid die u niet mag missen vanuit onze camping in de Tarn<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Als u van wandelen houdt en een klim niet schuwt, kunt u ook het Priorij<\/strong> bezoeken (ook wel Notre-Dame-de-l\u2019Oder genoemd). Die tweede naam komt van een boom vlak bij het gebouw. U bereikt het via de Kruisweg.<\/p>\n

\nIn juli en augustus biedt het dorp elke donderdagavond om 22.00 uur een klank- en lichtshow. Deze vertelt de geschiedenis van het dorp en zet de historische gebouwen in de kijker. De projecties gaan tot vijftien meter diep.<\/p>\n

Jaarlijks vindt er ook een bluesfestival plaats (op 23 en 24 juni), met concerten en eetkraampjes ter plaatse. Begin augustus is er het jaarlijkse dorpsfeest met vuurwerk en een fakkeltocht per kano over de Tarn.<\/p>\n

  • Voor een origineel bezoek kunt u de waterkrachtcentrale<\/strong> bezichtigen in juli en augustus.<\/li>\n
  • In juli en augustus zijn er tal van activiteiten op de caf\u00e9terrassen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Het dorp biedt een picknickplaats<\/strong> aan bij de polyvalente zaal. U kunt ook picknicken aan de oever van de Tarn in Ambialet of in La Condomine, vlak bij het dorpsplein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
