Castelnau\u2011de\u2011Montmiral<\/strong> ist ein Dorf 11 Minuten vom Le Soleil des Bastides und 32 Minuten von Albi entfernt. Diese Bastide wurde 1222 von Raymond\u202fVII. von Toulouse gegr\u00fcndet<\/strong>. Sie werden ihre mittelalterlichen Fachwerkh\u00e4user und den Bogenplatz (Arcades)<\/strong> sch\u00e4tzen. In der Mitte steht eine Pranger \u2013 fr\u00fcher wurden dort Tiere vor der Schlachtung angebunden, aber auch Diebe bestraft.
